Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. David Berliner from the Arizona State University gave on October 14, 2011 lecture on “High-Stakes Testing”. He illustrated in his presentation how income inequality affects important social outcomes, particularly the outcomes of the schools. International and State data from the US was used. German data, particularly from PISA was discussed.
